Football Supporters Europe (FSE) is pleased that, after exhaustively lobbying various football stakeholders, the blanket ban on away fans at UEFA club competitions has been abandoned.
Even though the organisation of matches is the responsibility of national, regional, and local authorities and will be decided on a case-by-case basis, it is important that fans can rely on consistent standards.
To this end, fans are invited to complete our 2021/22 Away Fan Survey after every European away match and to provide information on relevant topics, including travel arrangements, ticketing, allocation, policing/stewarding, catering, and so on. By completing the survey, you will allow FSE to collect hard, reliable data which will inform our future policy.
FSE will evaluate the data at a later stage and publish a report based on the findings in order to offer a clear picture of the situation within the whole UEFA region and to liaise with the football authorities on possible improvements.
